A variety of vibrant edible flowers that bloom when rehydrated with hot water. Calendula has a fresh clean flavor that is a great alternative to imported green teas.

Other uses: Served as a garnish in salads, on cakes, or on cheese trays. Can be made into a tincture or oil infusion for salves, creams, or soap-making.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1-2 tsp (or desired amount) of dried product into a clear teapot. It is best to not use a tea ball. Let steep for 5 minutes. Pour tea through a strainer and enjoy. Flavour with lemon and/or sweeten as desired.
