Enjoy this perennial crop that is grown on top of the Niagara Escarpment. A mixture of foliage and flowers delivers a powerfully fresh tea that can be served hot or cold.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1-2 tsp (or desired amount) of dried product into a clear teapot. It is best to not use a tea ball. Let steep for 5 minutes. Pour tea through a strainer and enjoy.
