Nothing beats our fresh Chamomile tea. These little blossoms create a rich herbal infusion with flavours resembling honey and cinnamon. Chamomile is an early flowering annual that helps entice pollinators to our farm.
Other uses: Served as a garnish in salads, on cakes, or on cheese trays.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1-2 tsp (or desired amount) of dried product into a clear teapot. It is best to not use a tea ball as it restricts the flowers from blooming, which reduces the strength of the steep. Let steep for 5 minutes. Pour tea through a strainer and enjoy.
